Deliveries by Colissimo are made within 48 hours to 72 hours after shipment from Monday to Saturday morning, excluding public holidays. The package is remitted to you upon signature or within your mail box at the shipping address indicated on the order form. If no one is present, Local courrier will leave a notice of attempted delivery so that you can pick up the package at the nearest post office. In France packages are held at the post office for 15 calendar days (local office rules will apply). If the package is not retrieved within the time period imposed by the shipper, the package will be returned to Pourquoi Princesse.

LETTRE SUIVIE (TRACKED LETTER)
Deliveries by Lettre Suivie (French National Post Services) are made within 48 hours to 72 hours after shipment from Monday to Saturday morning, excluding public holidays. The package is remitted directly within your mail box at the shipping address indicated on the order form.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

CHRONOPOST 18
Packages shipped by Chronopost will be delivered within 24 hours after shipment from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The package is remitted upon signature at the shipping address indicated on the order form. You must be sure to provide all information required for access to the place of delivery (such as intercom, building, apartment number) as well as a telephone number where he or she can be reached. If no one is present, delivery service will leave a notice of attempted delivery so that You can pick up the package at the nearest post office. If the package is not retrieved within the time period imposed by the shipper, the package will be returned to Pourquoi Princesse.

UPS STANDARD MONOCOLIS
Delivery to your home will take place within 1 to 2 working days, depending on the destination. The order shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip and it must be signed for upon delivery.

If there is no one present to sign for the package, UPS will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery during the next three working days. If the shipper does not deliver the package, it will be returned to POURQUOI PRINCESSE.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed nor are we able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country.
